On behalf of the Country Estates on the Cove Board of Directors, I am pleased to provide a letter of recommendation for Imperial Contracting - Scott Douglass and his team. After careful RFP process reviews, we engaged Imperial Contracting in 2018 to complete a major infrastructure project that included replacement of all our balcony membranes, deck railings and exterior painting of our Country Estates on the Cove complex with 252 units. Subsequently we have engaged Imperial Contracting to complete several other critical infrastructure projects including our Chimney Cap replacement and Parkade resurfacing projects in 2019 and 2020.

 

Scott Douglass and his team are consummate professionals dedicated to the completion of all projects in a timely fashion, and are caring and flexible in working with all residents through the challenging construction process. They provide the knowledge, expertise, assistance, and timely responsiveness that assists the board to make critical decisions to enhance the longevity and beauty of the building in a very cost-effective delivery to meet all necessary maintenance and or building component replacements for our complex.
